Psychotherapy and counseling can be a welcome retreat in a fast paced life, a gift of introspection at times of transition and adjustment. We don't often build time into our schedules to step back and appreciate how life is unfolding, or evaluate patterns that call for attention. Having a safe and confidential place to reflect with a listener who is objective and professionally trained can facilitate growth, open up possibilities, and deepen the quality of life.
